What changes can this “solid” city make to accommodate variety of needs?
In reconfigurable city, the traditional concept of “cars” no longer exists, it will be replaced by “cells”. Each “cell” will be an independent structure with mobile functions, it can also be reconstructed with other different functions or sizes "cells". The operational activities of cells will be co-operated by users and the City Brain (AI and IoT big data),based on different purposes, they will be able to reconfigured at anytime, anywhere.
