Insight
With the rapid development of digital media today, people are more aware of others' activities than ever before, which exacerbates the negative emotions associated with FoMO, which in turn leads people to spend more time on digital medias, creating a vicious cycle and leading to deeper psychological issues.
Idea
A tree hollow is commonly metaphorized as a place where one can confide secrets and it provides a safe space for everyone to express their true emotions. It’s a journey for people to rediscover themselves. Here, everyone can be their most authentic selves, cherish every step of growth.
Impact
The aim of the project is to help people enhance self-awareness, reduce FoMO and anxiety, enhance in self-esteem and improve mental wellness. And users can get a personalized experience, a safe space for expression, a journey of self-discovery, an antidote to digital overload.
