How can we introduce new varieties of more sustainable protein sources to the public through the food offerings of IKEA?

Kött is a playful tool for addressing and experimenting with the dietary adaptations necessitated by our changing climate. This project reimagines the archetype of meat and is intended to aid in the adoption emerging sustainable protein sources into people’s diets.
